Return Policies

ALL Manufacturer Recalls will be honored when all specific manufacturer requirements are followed (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • Applies to all items that are brought back to the store within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Applies to all items that are unopened.
  • If opened and are damaged or does not work must be returned within 10 days
  • Applies if a product is in original form. For example, a frozen product is still frozen.
  • Applies to all items that are returned with a receipt.
  • Applies to food products if 80% or more is not used or eaten.
Exceptions:
All Supplements including Essential oils and Toys must be RETURNED UNUSED and UNOPENED for the manufacturer to accept them for a refund.

Frequent Buyer Program Details:
  • Must sign up during the first purchase of a product. Please ask staff to add the Astro program to your file.
  • All items must be from the same manufacturer and the same size.
  • We keep track of your purchases on our Astro computer.
  • The customer doesn’t have to save anything. We do it all!
  • The free product awarded will be the same as the least expensive item that the customer purchased.
  • Free item does NOT count toward the next round of frequent buying items.
  • Exclusions apply.

Price Match Promise
Here at Pet X we would like you to shop with confidence, soIf you find a regular price non-sale product that's in stock in our store for a lower price at a competitor's store, Pet X Supply will match the price as long as the identical product is in stock at our store.

  • No rain-checks will be issued for items out of stock at Pet X Supply to match a competitor's price.
  • Proof of the lower price (receipt, advertisement, or other confirmation) is required. A price match may be granted at the time of purchase or within 14 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt. When two or more of the same item are purchased, the price match will be limited to two (2) of those items.
  • Price matching is not valid on services and sale items. See a Store Associate for additional details.

The price match is for in-store purchases only.
What qualifies as proof of a price?
For printed ads, present the entire printed advertisement. Photos or photocopies of the ad cannot be accepted as verification of a competitor’s printed ad. Digital versions of printed advertisements are accepted. For online prices, simply present the price from a qualifying competitor’s website on your mobile device. Our team member will then verify the match.
