Refund policy
We will accept returns on merchandise that has original packaging and tags within 30 days of purchase with receipt, except for electronics, which is 7 days of purchase with receipt.
We will not accept returns on clearance items!
We will not accept returns on used apparel, beds, cages, crates, or tanks!
Returns over 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Over 60 days is 30% restocking fee.
Returns that were paid for by check must go on a gift card if returned less than 10 business days after purchase date, otherwise can be returned in cash.
Returns with no receipt will only be refunded on a gift card.
